We are located just under three miles / 5 minutes drive from the main A6 Belfast to Derry Road. Turn right onto the B182, Deerpark Road en-route to Bellaghy. Travel just under 2 miles turning right at Ballydermot Crossroads. Travel 300 yards and turn right again, onto Annagh Lane. The Cottage is situated at the very end on the left.

A £100 deposit is required to confirm booking and full balance must be paid on arrival or before.

Guests should keep the cottage and all furniture, fixtures and fittings in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found, Excessive cleaning will incurr an extra charge.
A refundable deposit of £100 is required on arrival and will be refunded provided there is no damage or breakages
