The Cottage sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms all with ensuite, kitchen and dining area, bathroom with bath, large living room, patio and enclosed garden.

The Kitchen and Dining Area is fully equipped with a full size oven, hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and fridge freezer and ironing facilities.

The Living Room is equipped with patio doors south facing, sofas, digital TV, DVD player, CD/radio player and a wood burning stove .A selection of CDs, DVDs and books are supplied.

Bedroom 1 is downstairs, has a king size bed with a pocket spring mattress. It is suitable for wheelchair/elderly users and has its own ensuite. The shower is fitted with a safety rail.

Bedroom 2 is a twin ensuite room with 2 single beds.

Bedroom 3 is a twin ensuite room with 2 single beds.

The Cottage has an enclosed garden, patio area with furniture, a barbecue and secure off road parking. It is also heated by oil and a complimentary bag of logs will be supplied for the stove.
We are situated just over 2 miles from Seamus Heaney Homeplace visitors centre.
